Noticing that the left prop is feathered (as is mostly standard for a shutdown PWC PT6) but the number 2 prop is at a GFP Ground Fine Pitch setting...or water fine pitch!

Indeed, Chris! Unfortunately very often I noticed very poor flying skills on those most recent Pilots... To say the least...
