Aerospatiale SA-341G Gazelle
Very nice picture!
I really like the Gazelle, but unfortunately you don't see them a lot in The Netherlands (cannot remember seeing one over here).

According to the FAA, this bird was built in 1977 and received a U.S. Airworthiness Certificate in 1994. Excellent photo.
