Is fuel prices and maintenance costs main reason for End of the Boeing's iconic 747?

提交时间:

The 747 has not been retired, although in terms of popularity it is significantly lower. The 747–8i (the newest 747 variant) has not received many orders from airlines and has survived essentially as a freighter (because that has a special nose-loading capability). Very briefly, the main reason is fuel prices and maintenance costs, which made newer, more efficient aircraft like the 777 significantly more attractive. (aviationsquad.com) 更多...
