You'd think maintenance would take it over to the run up area and activate all pnematics,anti-icing and pressurization systems after running a compressor wash through the engines or at the very least leave a maint note for the next crewon what to expect?

I would think it would be part of the wash procedure per the maintenance manual and task sheet. (you gotta do it to sign it off). At any rate, not an attaboy for mx.
