Donald Trump represents precisely what is wrong with our culture. Greed and self-worship.

$100 million because planes are loud? The ego on this guy...

i wished we could have a few pairs of f-4's with afterburner buzz his hooch several times in the early morning hours, just as as a reminder that he enjoys his lifestyle due to the sacrifices made by others

PBI was there before Trump's house. If he didn't want to deal with air traffic he should have bought another house/property.

I hope when the FAA brings NextGen to PBI that the RNAV course is write over his house!!!

Actually no...House was built in 1927 and the airport opened first in 1936 and expanded in WWII. It does however predate Trump.
DSchultz101
The point is Trump bought the property knowing full well that the airport was there........with jets.

Right -- they did that just to piss him off, not to route traffic over the least populated area (open space). Makes total sense...

Have an F-15 boom it.

Actually he bases it at KLGA along with his Cessna and Sikorsky 76 N# 76DT. Based on how often he goes to FL you would think he does base it there though (Along with MIA)

Oh yes, LaGuardia. The place that he rips for being a "third world" airport.

It was at KPBI on 12-12-14 when I landed. I wonder if he bothered to ask his pilot his opinion first?

I haven't seen his 757 at LGA in a while. I'm guessing it's doing the "Snow-Bird" thing in PBI. I'm thinking 757's are old enough to be considered "Snow-Birds" ;)

right now its in LA. He tends to go to FL for the weekend (thursday-sunday/monday). Last time he was at KLGA was Jan 8

And before anyone defends 757's. It happens to be in my top three for favorite airliners!!!

Apparently this is just the latest in a series of suits over the years on the subject. Maybe this one is to drum up name recognition for his next presidential run.

He's already got recognition there, one of the SID's is named after him and his family...

He is right on the flight path ! It has been this way for the last 50 years.. Long before he purchased his home.. He could take the house and move it to "Belle Glade, Florida"...

Perhaps Mr. Trump might consider a swap Deal for my little rented Bungalow in the English Midlands 15 miles from BHX, but shy of any serious flightpath.

It is quiet here except for occasional overflights by the RAF heading towards BZZ or army Apache and Chinook helicopters.

I would sell my soul for the chance to live close by to an active airport, just look at Myrtle Avenue near LHR!

add my voice to the disdainers mocking donzie- the figure cited in the lawsuit is laughable, donzie is the butt of many jokes, and the possessor of the largest self-love
act I've ever seen. For a good laugh at donzie's expense, go to the white house correspondent's dinner with seth meyer acting as guest jokemeister. Donzie got barbecued, shishkabobbed, skewered, roasted and humiliated, all within a half dozen jokes or less all purposefully lobbed at him by seth meyer. go enjoy the donzie sq;uirming.

First Fix on the RNAV SID departing toward the shoreline out of PBI is "UFIRD" (you're fired hahah!)

He should complain when his hair warrants it's own indefinite TFR. Gotta stay above 3,000 folks, no mussing up the coiffure.

I fly into Signature or Netjets on many weekends and he is always parked right there. Mar Lago is pretty much evenly lined up at the end of the runway on the other side of the intercoastal. A ridiculous lawsuit.

WAAAAAH, WAAAAAH.

I was a crybaby once myself, so I'm qualified to weigh in on this, since I've recovered. If you don't want to be the target of people's vindictiveness, then don't give their taunts any feedback. If Trump had ignored the issue and it didn't go away, then its purpose most likely wasn't vindictiveness.

This will be fun to watch...Trump probably has a hoard of experts ready to testify. It looks like the end of 10L is about 2000 feet North of Trump and to get over Trump's place aircraft would have to fly 090 to 100 from wheels up to go overhead.

My bet is that the FAA will do the same as they did here at RSW and rather than risk the ongoing complaints and legal maneuverings will adjust to a more northerly course to disturb Trump's neighbors instead of him.

An entertaining thought for PBI...if Trump runs for President, the airspace over his mansion will be closed if and when he qualifies for Secret Service protection and if elected intermittently for the next four years.

That idiot will never be President!!!

If we are to have an "idiot scale", the yardstick for idiocy has been set over the past six years. I am not a Trump fan, but if the choice was between him and Hillary or Warren, it would be no contest. If Obama hadn't over run the scale to a 14, the three of them would be tied at 10.

Still I am amused by the thought of the FAA and Secret Service making the approaches to PBI like the old Kai Tek.

That has happened continuously since the '60s. I have never heard one valid excuse from any politician for the U.S. being 18 tril in debt and needing more $ from taxpayers. Just me.

Ummmmm. Isn't the FAA responsible for arrival and departure paths? Not some airport manager?
