Good photo and good light. I'm in the CAP myself and before we lost a lot of pilots, we had a plane. based at our squadron. When We hosted a sarex, I was able to take a shot of five aircraft on the tarmac - https://www.flightaware.com/photos/view/735516-681d0a1d7cf367f66e76913ce53cc9e73a4e109b. When I look at this image, the thought hits me, 'it's so flat! I can see all the way to the horizon!' You definitely don't get that kind of view in Georgia. Good job taking this photo.
That's a typical view in the Great Plains. I'm a CAP IP and had the pleasure of taking delivery of a new C-182 from Independance, KS and flew it back to Fitchburg, MA to have the winter package installed. Something you don't need in AZ.
