Boeing 747-400 (domestic, no winglets) (JA8961)

On this day, JA8961 the last and arrived.
This Aircraft with Passenger.

Please help me someone.....is this a B747-300 or a B747-800 because the presence of fuselage windows and lack of winglets suggests it is not a freighter!

Looking at the back end of the engines, I would suggest it to be a retiring -300 would I be correct?
