This brings back memories. I flew out of KSFO on an AA series 10 DC10 in July 1977 direct to New York. I had a window seat and we took off into the East. It was 108 F when we landed at Kennedy.

Thank you all for the comments - I may have another pic of this after it landed at SFO from another angle posted here on FA. I wish I had gotten more of the UAL L-1011s also.
