McDonnell Douglas DC-10 (N6XNA)
KSFO - Pan AM DC-10 landing 28L at San Francisco about Summer 1977 - I used a 1000mm Celestron Lens on a Minolta SRT-102 - color slide converted to Digital and my usual crummy editing.

This brings back memories. I flew out of KSFO on an AA series 10 DC10 in July 1977 direct to New York. I had a window seat and we took off into the East. It was 108 F when we landed at Kennedy.

Superb 5*+ catch, T. Pan Am was the #1 class airline in the US during its day. Everything about PAA was premier quality. I appreciate you sharing this snap from the past, my friend. (Tip of my cap to ya)
Thank you all for the comments - I may have another pic of this after it landed at SFO from another angle posted here on FA. I wish I had gotten more of the UAL L-1011s also.
