Just curious, but does the prop fold into the nose cone for drag reduction and do you know what engine it uses, thanks in advance, and great shot!

May be you look at this movie on UTube: RARE glider-plane Stemme S10-VT TEUGE AIRPORT. One of the 6 other pictures (above) of the D-KGLT wil tell you more about it.

The prop does in fact fold in when the engine stops. The prop is held out by centrifugal force while the engine is turning. The nose cone then pulls in/retracts in and poof! you're a glider. Open the nose cone, start the engine and poof! you're an airplane again. I used to maintain one of these. For storage, the wings fold back and rest of the tail boom.If I remember right, it had a Volkswagen engine of some sort.

Cheers Jennifer, simple designs are always the best!
