I guess that one is private.. we had it once in LFSB

It is owned by the Dubai Air Wing, the paramilitary airline of the government of Dubai, United Arab Emirates and used by the Dubai Royal Family. An interesting bit of history from Wikipedia, "Emirates was conceived in March 1985 with backing from Dubai's royal family, whose Dubai Air Wing provided two of the airline's first aircraft, used Boeing 727-200."

The plane is known as Air Horse One when Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum flys to LEX to buy horses for hobby. His brother has an identical 747.

Nice shot ! I love it when someone knows the story of the plane in the picture. Can't get info like that from any other site.
