That's Taylor Swift's private jet... Seems as though she's repainted it to stop people from recognizing it easily? Either that or it's being sold on?

Also seems to have a new radar/antenna fitted to the top of the tail?

@Matt Lloyd: I am not sure why she repainted it, but I like this scheme better! I think the addition to the tail is the WiFi hardware.
