Can't you people ever get anything right with respect to registration numbers? This aircraft is registered in Oman. ALL Omani registrations begin with A4O. If you don't believe me ask ICAO. That is "A" "4" "O". That last letter is a letter, not a number - it is the letter O. So the registration number is A4O-SO.
It's lumpy! SIGINT gear?
