Good pic Greg. Was this after the stunt of landing the plane on the moving vehicle? I saw footage years ago of such a thing.

Not many of these birds left flying. Of course, simply accelerate the pick-up to about 40mph or so and the Interstate will fly whether you want it to or not!

Now this is a rather fabulous way to transport an aircraft! Great capture, Greg!

Oh, and yes it was after he landed it on the truck.

I wonder how they get it off the truck?

Colin, he flies it off the truck. The truck heads down the runway, gets up enough speed and he just lifts off. It's pretty cool.

I decided to eat a sandwich when they did the truck landing :) Glad you captured the aftermath Greg!

Thanks, Bill, but I snapped this shot at the last airshow in '19. Kent P.didn't land on the truck this time as far as I could tell. At least not on Saturday. Anyway, this shot turned out pretty good.
