The red circle with the white triangle is the symbol of the Austrian Air Force. As for the rest of the paint job, super!

When I was flying around Viet Nam I used to see these "Air America" Pilatus Porters poking around the mountain landing strips. Great STOL AC...not surprised that the Austrian AF uses them.
