Great shot !
I worked as a flight line mechanic on Cessna's production flight test on these beautiful aircraft. Not sure I would feel comfortable with both engines running and no one in the cockpit! Otherwise its a beautiful photo.
I see someone in the left seat, head (blurred by the prop) and shoulder visible in the side window.

Great aeroplane fast economical tough enough to land on rough mining dirt strips most of the time, very popular in Australia worked on them for the best part of 20 years, and the -8 engines can keep you on your toes.
Looks like the aircraft Joe and Brian flew on the show "WINGS". Loved that show.
