Wed, Jun 20, 2012 NTSB Releases Prelim In FL PC-12 Accident Family Of Six Fatally Injured When PC-12 Went Down The NTSB has released its preliminary report for an accident which occurred June 7th resulting in the fatal injury of a family of six.
