A plane carrying dozens of passengers, including a governor's wife, crashed after skidding off a 1.2km runway in Indonesia. The Trigana Air Atr-42 aircraft had been taking off from an airport on Yapen island in the Papua region of the Southeast Asian nation, and was due to head to the region's capital Jayapura on Monday morning, local time. Poorly written headline by The Mirror. Skidding 1.2 KM off a runway is not the same as skidding off a 1.2 KM runway.
