WTF. Takes a whole minute before someone shuts the fuel truck down. AND why did no one else on the ramp move to assist the guy blinded by fuel sprayed into his face?
There is some serious lack of basic safety training for ramp workers.
ALL ramp workers should know how to push the E-STOP on the fuel truck just in case something like this occurs. They should also know where the power off buttons are for ground power.
To me it's unacceptable that no one went to render first aid for the fuel truck driver and assist him/her getting to an emergency eyewash station.
They are so lucky that there wasn't an ignition source nearby. Had the fuel ignited, that AC and possibly several others would have been a total loss before someone with half a brain showed up to hit the E-STOP on the fuel truck.

I pumped fuel for over 40 years. Im not going to comment without seeing this video, but any line guy thats ever pumped fuel knows a fuel hose does not WHIP across the tarmac, they are too heavy. like i said, shoe me the video.
