FlightAware Blog: Blast From the Past: Driving Reliability at FlightAware

Nearly six years ago, I wrote a post outlining how FlightAware was embarking on a journey to implement Site Reliability Engineering. The post focused on the transformation of our incident response processes to bring structure to the response as well as implement effective postmortems. Today, I can happily state that we continue leveraging these processes and they have served us well.
