Well sparkie I read a little in that post and went to the site. Seems ever who runs that site has not been around what the FCC does as they sell rights to areas all the time and have for years. So thats nothing new. That leads me to think that many things said on that web site have no merit either. Check out how the FCC does things selling rights to diffrent areas for say cell phones and such.
