On this day, I took my Dad to the airport to watch the planes take off and land. He suffers from advanced dementia but in his younger days, he was a pilot. He especially enjoyed looking at this plane and when we got home, he got a picture out of the China cabinet of him stand next to a similar red and white plane. We were all amazed! We enjoyed our outing at the Georgetown Municipal Airport.
