Anyway its not all about America - Global warming is a phenomenon that involves scientific papers from international scientist from around the world.. MOre importantly your URL Americanpatriotdaily is described as an extreme right wing fake news site.

Will the public forget and move on? Invariably i think yes, but what is an unknown is just how long will the public remain unconvinced to fly as a passenger in a 737Max? And will this period of doubt force single 737 operators to the wall? This is probably more important than any Fix even with Hyped positive media support. Boeing's initial response was appalling bad, and their subsequent follow up was a PR exercise in how not to respond. When the respected retired veteran of Public consumerism (Ralph Nader) states that the aircraft needs to be re-certified, many people will take notice regardless of whether he is qualified to make that assessment or not. Interesting times ahead for Boeing and 737 operators. Choices to be made.. Operators want the maximum fuel efficiencies offered by the latest generation airplanes but if enough of the public initially refuse to fly in the "Fixed" 737 Max (or rebranded 737 8200) then some operators will be forced to choose an alternative, esp

not going to get the chance to ride in one of these unless I visit the States or Europe any time soon - but would love to experience.

Right now Boeing leadership is a little distracted..and with 99 percent of the worlds scientists agreeing Global warming is a thing and caused by human activity, not a natural heating cycle, maybe Boeing is really struggling with the next generational alternatives

Our global mid sized airport employed Fraport as a consultancy a couple of years ago - the results so far are a lesson on how not to rely so heavily on automation and meta data. There are times when it is eerily accurate and other times when it is so off target your extra staffing levels are left with nothing to do..not to mention major department disruptions as the airport changes its levels of response. What I see, is a rise in share price and Senior executive bonus payouts at the expense of increased workloads on operational staff as they try to understand and work with IT glitches that where supposed to make things easier and in fact have complicated matters when they go very wrong. Resonse times for IT 24 support have also complicated matters..(Dial 1 for this, 2 for that..etc) Also a heavy reliance on lower cost IT subcontractors who know nothing about airport operations because it is not relevant to their IT role..This is a potential disaster in the making. This is Neo liberal fr

Colin, thanks for your feedback- Staff turnover - I see the turn over myself. I am also am aware of staff feelings - staff in this role in are in a bind. They have difficulty getting any other part time job because of the very antisocial hours they must put in so they are forced to survive off less than 32 hours a working week. And just to clarify here, I am not talking about Flight Attendants and Air crew.I am talking about the dirty end of the job - the one that employees the biggest number of staff - the essential roles of Check-in, baggage Handling, Gate staff, Ramp staff.. et. The role where you need to be a consummate politician in your dealings with a sometimes irate, aggressive or illogical public. Some of these positions are full time, but many start work at 2:30am - 3-30am and complete their shift after the early morning check in (around 9-30am).- then that is it for the day. Love to see you do that on a regular basis and try to make ends meet. Many cannot, but hang on 'ti

It did knock it out of action for 48 hours while they flew out a spare part - sounds more than just a standard strike - or is it because of the location of the strike?
