Easy way to cure the problem find another job it has nothing to do with Boeing as they do not control there wage there employer does. And yes some wages are less than that magic cure all 15 dollars have been for years. The reason that is all they are worth so the goods can compete in the market place. Nothing from the left will change that.

This reminds me of the "outrage" over the security contractors who worked at (but not FOR) Google. He didn't receive Google benefits since he was employed by a third party.
The media "outrage" was directed at Google, not his actual employer. This is no more Boeing's fault than it is/ was Google's. (Google has since decided to make all security staff in-house employees.)
