Southwest B737 at Baltimore, burst tyre on departure

A Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-700, registration N428WN performing flight WN-528 from Baltimore,MD to Fort Lauderdale,FL (USA) with 143 passengers, departed Baltimore's runway 28 and was climbing out of Baltimore. The next departure about a minute later reported upon contacting departure that they saw rubber debris on and near the end of the runway.
