Its at the Hertz rental car lot (employee parking area) at the South end of the airport…Cheers!

Yes, anyone can park there but I'm sure its considered private property. If someone asked you to move you wouldn't have much choice but to go. I used a Canon 7D with a 100mm-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM lens. This shot was taken at 150mm.
