This USCG helicopter, USCG s/n 6591, was first acquired as an Aerospatiale HH-65A Dolphin, according to Joe Baugher's published information. He adds this regarding the specific aircraft...

"6591 (MSN 6292) converted to HH-65B, then to HH-65C, then to MH-65D".

It shows in the photo to be assigned to a USCG facility in Mobile, Alabama... and that is very likely the Mobile Coast Guard Aviation Training Center.
