Looks like it has been there awhile. Possibly without an engine. Has been robbed if some parts, for certain.

N8893V (1974 CESSNA 172M owned by EAST TENNESSEE PILOTS CLUB)
I know it's not rare, and I guess we need to know some history, if it should be restored
