McDonnell Douglas DC-10 —

This photo was scanned from an old slide and cleaned up using ACDSee. It was taken from the old second floor observation deck in terminal #1 next to the USO lounge. The observation deck has probably been closed for years now due to security issues, but in it's day was a great place to capture the sights, sounds and smells of a large airport. This DC-10 took off from runway 01R.
