This reminds me of the final approach view onto grass in YCDR Caloundra, Queensland, Australia...about 34nm to the north of Brisbane YBBN/BNE.

I often landed a C-140 in the grass, beside runway 07 at the Chilliwack, BC (CYCW) airport. It wasn't an official landing area, but most tail wheel 'planes landed there. Best place ever, for home made pie.
