N471CH — - Standing in my home in Cave Creek AZ, off in the distance I hear a Chinook closing in. Being ex military I know the sound very well. I had less than 10 seconds to grab my new Canon R5 off the counter run out back and click 3 pics before she was over my rooftop and out of view. I'm like a kid at Christmas every time I hear or see one. I was fortunate enough to have been a co-pilot twice. Running the controls, I asked the pilot if I could land her on the back of the ship. He said no. Always impressed with the Ch47 and very impressed with my R5. (Photo Taken Nov, 7th 2020 Cave Creek AZ.)
