Interesting to see where the stretcher will go.
@John, there's no ICAO type code "HE1". Since the aircraft were converted Piper J5 Cubs, the closest would be J5.

The stretchers appear on to go in the compartment where the open fuselage is.
FAA registration database calls it a Piper J5C, so J5 would be a very appropriate type code. If you're able to change the type code, please go ahead and enter the registration number as well.
