The plane is Oman Royal Flight, A4O-SO (cn 21785) a Boeing 747SP-27 which flies as "Oman Two". It is the exclusive personal jet to the Sultan of Oman. The hump is a SATCOM antenna, identical to that on the E-4B. Among the SATCOM and other equipment this plane features unique infrared countermeasure (IRCM) emitters behind each of the four engines.
