Does anybody know why they would paint a Citation X on the tail of a GIII?

I believe it's a GIII but with too many windows and a bad representation of a GIII. The wing root of a GII lies below window 2 and 3. The wing root of a Citation X lies below windows 3 and 4. The tail does resemble a Citation X. It's a bad sticker I believe.
