Airbus A319 (A5-JSW) - Doubling back on the active for early morning takeoff. This is Druk Airs first A319 with Sharklets. Also seen are the tail fins of Druk Airs A319 (A5-RGI) and Bhutan Airlines (new private airline of that country) A319 (A5-BAC). Because of the mountainous terrain, the runway in Paro is very short and there are no taxiways. Aircrafts often takeoff with near empty fuel tanks and refuel in nearby regional airports on flatter plains like Dhaka, Bangladesh.
