Located at Grissom Air Museum (Build by Ron Smith, Anderson IN) Ron started building this A/C 1975 and flew it for ~20 years.

Cool design.
It's a Veriviggen. designed by Burt Rutan. I think I still have a set of plans around here somewhere.
That is a cool plane. It sure seems like it would be made by Rutan
