Denver Stapleton - Another Staple of Stapleton was the view towards the Tower, as the activity there was never ending. I'm going to have to get my Stapleton VHS video out and see what I have on that because Rocky Mtn Air had quite a few Convair 580s in/out this day. The 727 action at Stapleton in Aug 1988 was never ending both UAL and Continental. This photo another 1000mm with the XD-11 Minolta - this photo is not enlarged - this is a straight shot F/11 scanning the tarmac from the platform viewing area....and I might add, the whole time we were here there were at least 15 cars w/multiple people plane watching....
