Boeing MD-11 (HB-IWC)
KLAX - early 1999 shows -IWC rolling to 25R for departure on this late afternoon flight for Zurich. This was a great location as we also had 25L traffic screaming overhead as 25R traffic idled up to the hold bars. There were 2 pesky lighted pole locations that were in the way but with proper lens alignment one could get decent photos here.

Great shot Tom and I suppose either the shot's no longer available or it looks very different after 20+ years.
Thanks Darryl and Oz Gman_ the parking lot is probably gone..this was about 1999 so we were not hassled too much here.
Should've commented earlier - thanks for moniker Tom. From Gman Hughes to Oz Gman. To even be considered along with the real Gman is flattering.

Scrapped in 2016. Sad, but she flew for FedEx so got a workout. She looked good in white and red. Beautiful shot.
