How could something that ugly fly?? But it's a workhorse! Great picture!!!

I have a memory burned in my mind of seeing a CH-54 when flying about three thousand feet over one on the ground with the rotors turning. It's just plain huge even with the middle missing. Doesn't look like it can fly.
Reminds me of a wasp.
