Per Cirium, this 1995 Israel Aircraft 1125 Westwind Astra reportedly veered off Runway 30R upon landing at Las Vegas North Airport, Las Vegas, Nevada, ground looped and came to rest on its belly. The accident happened in daylight (1315L) and in VMC. The aircraft was operating a local flight.
