The rain had stopped a few minutes before this Delta B738 taxied up to my position before turning and lining up to depart on 16R.

5 stars...love the aspect, the light, the whole shebang. Great pic.
Gavin ... Howdy and TYVM. And while I'm here, thought I'd pass on that the number of commercial flights here are on the rise. Not by leaps and bounds, but it seems we're getting one more route restart every 2 days. And for a few weeks, Southwest had several in storage here ... and those are now all back in service. Fingers crossed it continues .... (Wave)
Hi Gary, we've heard on our news services here that parts of the US are opening up. Just hope it's not all jumping too quickly. We've had news just this afternoon that some of our restrictions are coming off as of next Monday, step 1 of 3 as we're aiming at back to 'normal' in July but each state is going to make its own decisions.
5x great angle and clarity. I see the base of the 'Snake' on the left?
Sure nuff is the Snake there on the left. That's the section near the bottom with the dropoff (ie: the "fast" way down). Easy enough to avoid during daylight but at night it is pitch black darkness there; take the wrong step and you're on the "express route" down. Yee Haaa! lol
Nice shot. Now I can relate to the Snake Gary!
