Boeing 737-800 (N829SY)
After making a charter trip from Northern Colorado Regional (Ft Collins/Loveland, CO) to Reno to drop off a college football team to play against the University of Nevada Wolfpack, this SCX B738 is caught as it is departing empty enroute to KLAS.

I've sometimes wondered if the management at SCX has ever considered painting one of its fleetbirds in the livery of the airline that many of the founders of Sun Country worked for (before they came together to launch Sun Country). It would be neat to see one of their B738s in Braniff International paint. Or perhaps they could paint one in SCX's retro livery (the original startup scheme) which looked quite a bit different from this.
yes.....SCX is almost BI colors....though a bit of touch up and retro would be needed...but 5x for smelling the jet wash,,,,
It is so good to see Football Charter season is back! Here in BIG 12 country our teams charter United 737-900. I hope to see one before the season is over. Great shot of the Sun Country charter, Gary!
