Terry, is this a picture that you took? The plane is a 1980 CESSNA 172RG Cutlass RG. If you did take the photo could you give some background to the photo as it is a great shot? Thanks for posting it.
210 Cessna?
Looks like several Go-Pro's mounted. The coastline lookes decidedly US east coast with a barrier island typical of the region. Still, a noce shot of cold people buldled up inside.

Looks like a 177RG to me.
Robert Grant...one of the cool features of the 177 (Cardinal), is that is has no struts. Great for photography. The pictured aircraft (C172) has struts.
4-seater and it has struts (therefore not a 210). Not a more reclined windshield (so not a Carninal 177). It looks like a nice 172RG.
