Per Cirium: This Mitsubishi MU-2B-40 (Solitaire) (N635TA), registered to Dynamic Spine Solutions LLC was destroyed on April 12, 2025 when it apparently went out of control and crashed in a field in a rural area about 1km northwest of Caryville, New York, killing all six persons on board. The accident happened in daylight (1205L) but in marginal weather. The aircraft was operating a flight from White Plains, New York.
