Im at the current PSA and those colors are retired. However, the smile 'swoosh" can be seen on some of the branding. Not on out aircraft tho. But thanks for the shot. I had no idea they did a PSA version. I have seen a few of the others at DFW and DCA.

During high school (early 70's) I flew PSA between KSAN and KBUR often. Because of that I learned to fly earning my PPL in 1974. Still fly today and own an aircraft hangared in Chino CA.

Something must be said about the Flight Attendants uniforms too. Pink Hot Pants and knee high boots. HOT!!!

@fholbert, I flew on PSA 727's between KSAN and KBUR during the 70's as well!!! We probably were on the same flights!! I do remember the hot pants and boots! Got my PPL also. I fly out of KMYF. Tailwinds and blue skies!

Dear memories of PSA and their Stewardesses. They used to get their Wings at an academy at Orange Coast College.
Loved going to school there. Ah, those were the days...... Sigh...

I like how you can really see the heat of the propulsion coming out of the engine on the left wing.
