Nice camo!
This looks like one of a collection at Pima Air & Space Museum in Tucson, AZ
It is a Lockheed VC-140 (Spy Tiger by Andrew Schoultz, 2012) located at Pima Air and Space Museum, Tucson, AZ. I listed it as an L29B (Lockheed Jetstar 2) when I posted my shot of it because I couldn't find the code for a VC-140.
