The FAA says this helicopter was built in Germany, not in Indonesia.
Reviewed the below "Activity Log" and noted this aircraft appears to have mostly very short sorties.
Being familiar with and having piloted in the Tampa Bay are, it appears this helicopter, based on the point to point times, is also very fast compared to most other helicopters.

Normally the NBK is built in Indonesia under licence since 2010 , except that the engines are Honeywellsame as BK117/B-2 LTS with better performances
