Beatiful! It's sister-ship - N863GT - the last 747 built - just left Everett to begin it's working life. (Which will probably be 40 years or so!)

why the window for a cargo plane?
John--I believe this one is in a passenger configuration.
John, it's an ex United Airlines Boeing 747-422 which at the time of your query was already 22 years old. Wonder why the heading shows it as a 747-200 when the description is quite correct !
That's a nice shot! If you change the aircraft type code to: B744, it should display correctly.
