Boeing 747-121, built 1970, GE Propulsion Test Platform, N747GE, SN: 19651.
Maybe they will paint it in PAN AM livery of N744PA "Clipper Star Of The Union"/"Clipper Ocean Spray". Thank you for posting this, Greg!
