Interesting photo. Looks like the aircraft is in asymmetric thrust configuration with starboard engine showing heat glow and tight engine exhaust vanes, but not on the port engine.
As having worked on them, it seems that the port engine is shutdown and using number 2 engine for landing. His speedbrake being up indicates landing configuration.
