Good stuff. Great pic.
Used to work for Mc years ago (before it was purchased by Boeing.) This jet was the only one (at least back then, maybe now) which could accelerate while going straight up! Quite a plane!
I believe the F-4 was also able to accelerate while vertical. Beautiful pic of a great jet.
The RAF Lightning F6 could go supersonic in a climb.
Nice. Bet that sounded sweet.
